How do I graph a linear function in Excel, if I have a series of X and Y values in cells--instead of getting two seperate lines?

Answer

Let's say you have the following data:

where column Z is exactly 70% of column Y, or any other constant for that matter. Insert a graph, and choose the following graph type:
